Brooke
Property Manager
Brooke has been in the multifamily industry since 2014 and joined Pembroke Realty Group in 2024. She has a wide range of experience spanning multifamily communities, single-family homes, and vacation rentals. Her top priority is making sure every resident feels truly at home and loves where they live. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with my family, exploring fine dining experiences, and taking on DIY home improvement projects.
Beth
Assistant Property Manager
Beth has been with Pembroke Realty Group for 2.5 years. She takes pride in helping people find their new home, making sure current residents feel at home and love where they live. On her time off, she loves cooking and hanging out with her family. She’s considered the house champion at Jeopardy. Beth also enjoys Mexican food, live music, and animals. Favorite seasons are Spring and Fall, when it’s not too hot, not too cold.
Montiana
Leasing Specialist
Montiana is a dedicated Leasing Specialist with a passion for helping individuals and families find their ideal homes. Known for her clear communication, warm personality, and attention to detail, she takes pride in making the leasing process smooth and stress-free for every prospective resident.
Steven
Senior Property Manager
Steven has been with Pembroke Realty Group for over 5 years and brings more than 7 years of experience in property management. He is passionate about creating communities that residents are proud to call home and is known for his commitment to service, strong work ethic, and ability to foster a positive living environment. Outside of work, Steven enjoys traveling and makes it a priority to take several trips each year. He loves discovering new places, exploring different cultures, and is always open to travel tips and recommendations. In his downtime, he values quality time with friends and family and enjoys trying out new restaurants.
Shonna
Senior Regional Property Manager
Shonna has been in Property Management for 23 years. She loves providing excellent service. She can often be found walking the communities checking on everything and talking with residents. On her time off, Shonna loves reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
