This is the first reason I became a resident! There are a zillion places in Virginia Beach where I could live, I chose Summer Station!"

"This complex is always on the ball. I’ve only had to call maintenance a couple times in about 5 years and have never had to wait for their response. The office staff could not be friendlier! The complex has parties and events for residents on a regular basis. Sure there are newer complexes in the city but the key word is value for what you pay. After five years I’m still happy with the choice I’ve made."
